Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping - 1-2 weeks to prepare most orders.

Because my work is largely made to order it generally takes 1 - 2 weeks for me to prepare a piece for shipment. I will pack and ship all orders ASAP but be aware of the delay.

UPS and USPS are my primary shippers. If either of these are problematic, please let me know emmidiately.

If your order is damaged in shipping - notify me and I will make arrangements for a either a return or replacement.

Alaska and Hawaii...

are subject to additional shipping charges and/or order cancellation of items with set shipping fees. This is caused by the increased shipping costs associated with sending anything larger than a 12 inch cube to these states.

International Shipping -

I do not ship internationally. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Returns

I wlll accept any returns 30 days after your order is marked as delivered by the shipper. If you decide to return your order...

Notify me via email or phone that the order is being returned.
Pack it in original shipping material and send it to the return address provided with the shipment.
Once it is received in original condition your return will be processed.

I will refund the price of the piece.
